Refund Policy
We have a 30-day Feel Good Guarantee, which means you have 30 days after the delivery of your items to request a refund. The 30-day Feel Good Guarantee only applies to your first skincare product purchase (beauty tools like brushes and cloths are not included). Returns for purchases thereafter or when multiple of the same skincare product are purchased within the first order are at the discretion of EcoBubbles.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hey@ecobubbles.co, and we will refund your order.
All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval, and funds will be returned to the card/account used for the purchase.
Missing Parcels
In the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post Investigation Team. These Australia Post timeframes are uncontrollable, and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

Return to Sender
If your order is returned to the sender, you will bear the cost of redelivering the parcel to your address. Our standard shipping charges apply.
